Fast Track Certification

GTS Nordic is certified by the Danish Immigration Authorities to pre-approve work permits for non-EU citizens. This allows Consultants with an employed solution, an immediate job start (normally within 48 hours).  We take control of the complete application process from start to the end – to secure a hassle free entry into Denmark.

Insurance

If required by the Agency and/or the End-client we can offer contractors on employed solutions to be covers on GTS Nordic's Public Liability, Personal Indemnity Insurance and/or Compulsory Industrial Injury insurance.

Work Permit requirements

Special requirements are set by the Danish Immigration Authorities in order to obtain a Work Permit.

  • Minimum monthly gross salary of EUR 4.785
  • Employment with Danish entity
  • Duration of WP follows length of employment contract

Immigration in Sweden

EU Citizens

Residents holding a EU-passport do not have to apply for a work permit in Sweden, due to the free movement of labour within the countries of the European Union. Local registration for taxes and social security is however always required.

If required by the Agency and/or the End-client we can offer contractors on employed solutions to be covers on GTS Nordic's Public Liability, Personal Indemnity Insurance and/or Compulsory Industrial Injury insurance.

Requirements for a Work Permit

  • The job must have been advertised in the EU/EEA for at least ten days
  • Terms of employment offered much match those set by Swedish collective agreements or those that are customary within the occupation or industry
  • Monthly salary must be SEK 13,000 before taxes.
  • You must have the mandatory insurance coverage
  • You must also hold a valid passport in your home country.

Immigration in Norway

  • Minimum monthly salary gross of EUR 3.370
  • For 1st time applicants, it is possible to get a WP with duration of 2 years
  • You need to have a valid work offer from a Norwegian entity
